5年保修 终身维护
   自安装完成之日起五年内(安装完成时间以保修记录上注明的安装时间为准)保修,凡用户在正常使用下的质量问题可以进行免费保修;因非正常使用所造成的质量问题,按照《爱格斯曼售后服务承诺书》及《保修说明》有偿服务。
48小时明确回复
   接到您的售后服务需求后,我们保证在48小时内做出故障的诊断,并提出解决方案。超过48小时没有做出明确答复,我们将赔偿您的精神损失RMB200元整。
1年内真情回访
   在您购买爱格斯曼厨柜后第1年内,我们的质检经理将致电给您(或上门回访),了解您的使用情况,为您解决在使用中遇到的问题,并听取您的意见和建议,以便我们能更好的为您服务。
迟到 精神赔偿
   如果没有特殊情况,在超出预约时间30分钟内没有到达,我们将赔偿您的精神损失RMB100元整。
建立客户档案
   在您选择了EGSM厨柜之后,客户代表将为您建立专属于您的档案,记录您的详细信息,方便为您服务。
质检验收,专家帮你把关
在厨柜安装和现场清理完毕之后,我们的质检经理会对您的厨柜做全面检查和验收,仔细检查每一个部件,为您把好质量关。
  “3+1” 服务系统,让您售后无忧
爱格斯曼厨柜本着诚信经营的原则,特别制定“3+1”服务系统(即“质量承诺书/售后服务承诺书/人造石台面质量保障特别承诺书+厨柜使用说明及注意事项”),并以文件形式作为合同附件,让承诺有法可依、有证可循,真正有效保障消费者的合法权益,让您放心使用、售后无忧。
 

One-for-One Special Service/ Client Representative System
   EGSM is the first kitchen cabinet brand in China to adopt “client representative system”. From selecting samples, measuring, designing and contracting on-the-spot to the completion of the cabinet installation, the client representative of EGSM will provide you with one-for-one special service from the beginning to the end, and help you realize the life dream of family kitchen easily.
Five-year Warranty   Lifelong Maintenance
   The warranty has a five-year term from the date of installation completed (the date is subject to the installation time written on the warranty card). The free warranty covers any quality issues under normal use; while the quality issues caused under improper use will be charged according to “EGSM After-sales Service Commitment” and “Warranty Description”.
Clear Reply in 48 Hours
   After receiving your call requiring after-sales service, we promise to give a fault diagnosis and the solution in 48 hours. We’ll compensate you RMB 200 for mental damage if a clear reply is not made after the time stipulated.
Pay a Return Visit in One Year
   Our QC Manager will call or pay a return visit to you to learn some usage condition in the first year of the purchase, and to not only solve problems that you come across but also get advice to give you better service in future.
Mental Damage Compensation for Being Late
   The appointment can’t be delayed over thirty minutes unless there is an emergency, or we’ll compensate you RMB 100 for mental damage.
Build Customer Files
   After you buy EGSM kitchen cabinet, our client representative will build a customer file of your own to record some details about you for future service. 
Quality Inspection & Control Reception, Controlled by Experts
   After the installation completed and site cleared, our QC manager will check the cabinet thoroughly, making every part examined for you.
  “3+1” Service System, Releasing you From Worry after Purchasing
Subject to the credit management principles, EGSM Kitchen Cabinet has especially made a “3+1” service system (Quality Undertaking/After-sales Service Commitment/ Quality Guarantee Special Undertaking on Artificial Stone Counter), which is documented as the appendix to genuinely guarantee customers’ legitimate rights and interests and make you feel free to buy and use by giving a legally identified commitment.
